Type 2000 wholemeal rye flour is obtained from the complete milling of whole rye grains. It is a whole grain flour, the most valuable nutritional values have been preserved in it during the production process. The flour contains a large amount of valuable fiber for the body, which accelerates the elimination of undigested food residues. Phosphorus, which is present in type 2000 rye flour, helps maintain a healthy body weight, and is a source of potassium that regulates blood pressure. Magnesium, on the other hand, gives energy to people who are weak and have problems with concentration.
