that in 100 kg of flour there is 500 g of ash, i.e. the outer material of the so-called fruit seed cover.
Poznań flour is very sticky, it is most often used to prepare dumplings,
pizza bases, dumplings and rolls.

    • For deliveries outside a 10-mile radius, a £10 parcel delivery fee will be charged up to 15kg. After 15kg it's £1 per kg. We will contact you separately to apply this charge if it isn't applied at checkout

    • Orders placed on Friday before 2.00 pm will be delivered on Tuesday
