Dried tarragon Prymat is an aromatic spice with a slightly bitter taste and a spicy-herbal aroma reminiscent of anise or fennel. It used to be very popular, especially in Arabic cuisine - now it is most popular in France. However, more and more often it also diversifies Polish cuisine. Due to its intensity, tarragon is clearly dominant when combined with other herbs. A pinch of spice is enough to give the dish a unique aroma. If you don't want to bring out the bitter taste of the spice, it's best not to cook the dish for too long. Tarragon should be added at the end of cooking.
